By downloading and using the Sportsfan application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sportsfan app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify or copy the application
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the code

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sportsfan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Accuracy of all event information
• Absence of errors or bugs

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sportsfan, its developers, or associated parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

5. In-App Purchases

Sportsfan offers optional in-app purchases for a Pro subscription. All sales are final. Refunds are handled through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
